All of our products are shipped Australia-wide by Hunter Express, AusPost or Toll.

While we offer Free discounted insured shipping/delivery to most areas within Australia, some remote areas may require an additional shipping charge to be covered by the customer.

We do our best to keep remote shipping/ delivery costs to a minimum, but in some cases additional charges cannot be avoided.

This will be communicated upon placing an order to a remote location, and additional charges will be discussed/ agreed upon before dispatch.

If your item is marked as lost in transit by the freight provider, we will ship out another rug at no extra cost.
